Duties
The Strategic Action Plan Committee shall provide a method of monitoring and maintaining the Alpha Gamma State Strategic Action Plan, maintaining fluid communication from International through Alpha Gamma State to the Alpha Gamma State Chapters. Goals include:
a. revising the Alpha Gamma State Strategic Action Plan to reflect achievements of goals
completed and to update the plan as new goals and activities arise and changes are seen at the
International level.
b. maintain a fluid method of communication between International, Alpha Gamma State and
the Chapters.
c. assisting chapters in the development of their own Strategic Action Plans, reviewing these
plans and personal assistance by the committee members.
d. Communication between members of the committee, the Alpha Gamma State Executive
Board and Chapters will be done electronically, through the Alpha Gamma State News and the
Alpha Gamma State Website.
